Canadian Van Lines performed as contracted. They showed up on time, packed the van in a day, and left. I was very pleased that the movers made every effort to look after our things while moving them. For example, they ensured that our furniture didn't scrape the walls in the house while they were carrying them out the door. Once they put them in the van, they wrapped moving blankets around all the exposed parts of our furniture.When they came to deliver our household items, they showed up on time, moved swiftly, and left on schedule. When we unpacked our boxes we were satisfied that nothing was broken. This was extraordinary because in our las three moves, we always had a few things broken.

We booked with this company, had to cancel and gave more than two weeks notice and almost two and a half months later have still not received our deposit back! Do not use them!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Canadian Van Lies it should be called. Movers that don't move you! Lied flat out to me on several occasions and now I have had to seek legal action to even get my deposit back for the job they didn't do. Don't lose your money, time or stress over this crooked bunch. Head office was in BC last month, now in Winnipeg?! Don't pick up registered letters sent asking for deposit back. James, Carolyn and Greg all lied.

I dealt with James, they picked up my stuff in toronto on friday, had it in regina by tuesday. Friendly driver, stuff was clean and nothing broken. Moved new furniture and a TV.Would recommend to a friend. Competitive pricing as well.Thanks,-K

WARNING!!!! Rogue movers! I am sooo lucky after calling the police I got my stuff back! Company does not care about customers! Company is sketchy! They took 1600 of my money and kept on asking for more! They told it it was already en route! After calling a Toronto number it was routed to BC to a cell phone answered at an office (adress not on any of their websites or my invoice) I knew things were not adding up. My invoice said deposit and remainder of payment upon arival at new loacation. Once I found my stuff it was damaged and broken! After a promise of a refund for a job not completed I hiered a new company. Now they have changed their tune and wil refund me nothing and not cover any of the damages to my broken couch frame and damaged furniture! The company changes names and locations manh times! Has terribble BBB reports and many ppl below have complained of never seeing their stuff again!!! Do not be convinced by cheap estimates! Hire a reputable company! Its not worth loosing wverything you ever worked for, as I ALMOST did! If you have used them call the police! I am looking for people to join me in a class action!

I was very happy with service I received rom the Van Line, no issues whatsoever.They were on time, friendly and very professional in the way my home and furniture was treated,The packing service was done over two days and haulage the following day.I recently finished un-packing and didn't encounter any breakages.A huge thankyou, to James, Greg, Mike, Carolyn, and all who contributed.All the best.I can be contacted for a reference anytime.

Great First Time ExperienceThis was my first time using professional movers and I would recommend them. Pete, and Munkie were there 30 minutes early. They bubble wrapped all the furniture and treated all of my possessions like they were breakable. The wardrobe boxes were amazing and allowed me to keep all my clothes hanging and make my moving process that much easier. They were very nice and a pleasure to work with. I am very thankful to have had them!The office also communicated very well with me

When they came to pack on a Saturday, they did an excellent packing job and then returned on Monday to move it all. The move went really smoothly. They showed up on time, it took the amount of time they estimated, nothing got broken, the movers were really good about moving furniture to where my mom wanted it, one of the movers took a lot of care to get my mom's bed set up, etc. Thanks Guys
