(For context I am a man) I was wearing a small purse around my shoulder and carrying a reusable grocery bag with one thing in it. A security guard came up to me while I was in the store and rudely told me I had to check all my bags at the front. I asked if it was OK if I just carried my one item and put the reusable grocery bag in my purse. He said no and meanwhile, a lady caring a giant purse walks by and I said why doesn’t she have to check her bag at the front? He looks at her, then looks at me, repeats himself and says “you have to check your things at the front” He continued talking and from his broken English, what I understood was since I am not a woman I cannot carry a purse around, therefore, I have to check it at the front. I just walked out and took my business elsewhere, I am in shock of the disrespect that I have received from this employee.

MG and Hiran were absolute angels today at the Party City desk! They helped us put together 2 beautiful balloon bouquets for my mom and were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend visiting them for your party needs!

I remembered why I don't like coming to this location today. They make you feel like a criminal opening your packages and rummaging through them at the cashier. Once I got home I reviewed my receipt and was charged an extra charge. I called customer service and was brushed off. I'll just avoid this business until I forget why I dislike this location...?

Bought set of tires and installed at candian tires. The tire was not holding air after 4 months. When I brought it to candian tire on October 7 @ 9 am they said all 4 valve stems leaking and beeding of 1 tires is bad. "This is caused by manufacturer fault or installation done wrong" says the employee. Also the employee asked which candian tire i get it installed. So I have to replace a tire, for that I need to pay for the pro rated and balancing.IF CANDIAN TIRE SELLS A BAD TIRE AND INSTALLED IT WRONG. Why should I pay? WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

don't bother with this store, they don't stock anything other stores have and wont tell you other stores have it. Not what they used to be and I used to work for cascorp.

If you can believe it, Canadian tire is truly the bottom and most worst choice for all your automotive needs. If there was ever a time for a major competitor to steal the market from these guys, it's now. I asked four employees to purchase a tool from their locked automotive specialty section, but each time was told that they would call someone for me. All wearing the same uniform. All with a radio to "call someone"
I gave up after a a while. Rockauto is quicker. And so is Napa and Piston Ring

Store is cluttered and crowded and has a dirty feel. At least in the area I went to. I purchased a pkg of the plastic Window Insulation. I may have bought more but when I picked up a scarf from a bin the metal sign holder fell on my foot. After when I looked at the other bins they were double secured with twist ties, this one was not.
Luckily I had closed toed shoes on bc it was darn heavy and left a mark on my toe. The skin was not broken but it was bruised the next day. I did notify a manager on duty who did not show concern nor ask if I was ok.
Floor staff was sparce.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have repeatedly received at your branch's car service team. After six visits, I had hoped my experience would improve, but unfortunately, each encounter has consistently been met with poor—if not the worst—customer service I have ever experienced.
During my most recent visit, I brought my car in for an oil leak and to address a rattling sound. I was quoted $77 + GST. However, after the inspection, I was unexpectedly charged $125 + GST. While the issue is not about the amount charged, the complete lack of communication and empathy from your staff is alarming. No one took the time to explain the reason for this discrepancy, which is basic customer service etiquette.
Additionally, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I witnessed a shocking incident where one of your employees behind the counter began arguing with his coworkers in full view of customers. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I urge you to address the lack of professionalism and ensure that your employees are properly trained and equipped to interact respectfully with both customers and their colleagues.
Before writing this, I attempted to contact your team directly through the phone numbers provided, but it seems there is no direct way to reach your customer service team for compliments or complaints. I find it highly frustrating that customers are expected to call a generic 1-800 number instead of being able to speak directly to someone who can address the issue.
Please do not ask me to go through this process again. Your team at the store should have my details on file—locate them, and I expect someone to contact me via phone or email directly. I have no interest in being sent through unnecessary loops.

I just received the most shocking, rude, demeaning customer service. I visited to get help checking the air in my tires, as I've done for years with zero issue. The boy who assisted me told me the psi was too high in my tires. I asked him what would he recommend I do. He refused to give an answer, instead spitting facts at me about what my tires should be and asked if the light was on in my car. I said no... because my car doesn't have a light like this. It's a 23 year old car. He replied, then I shouldn't get my tires checked. I was shocked by his tone, attitude, and arrogance. Mid check, he made me move my car forward which was weird because I've done this many times and the cord is long enough. He said "move your car forward till I say stop" but he never said stop and was laughing at me. I asked if I should just go because I'm very uncomfortable but he never responded. The first 3 tires were fine but he refused to tell me the last, so I think it did need air after all. He kept repeating how the psi was wrong but offered no advice or help on the issue. I asked for his name and he laughed, walking away. I asked again for his name and he said "you don't need to know that". I do not think you should employ folks who think it's okay to be unhelpful for no reason, demeaning, rude, arrogant, sexist, etc. I tried to catch his full name. It was something like Salif or Salih. I will never go back.

Always worth checking out. I compared some LED trailer tail lights with what I could find on-line, and ultimately went with Canadian Tire. It was a few dollars more, but I got it right away.
