I went in looking for a specific product and was told they don’t have it at the Regent store only the Adelaide store…. And that was that. There was no attempt to find out more about me and what I was looking for, what brought me in to the store, what other way they can help. I’ve tried the Regent store a few times and every time it is the same thing.

Kerry assisted me in my search for a comfortable size 14 shoe for walking. He impressed me with his attitude and he was very knowledgeable. Nowadays I find it hard to find this level of professionalism. Thanks for a great experience and information regarding my next pair. Will return and highly recommend.

A big shut out to Leo & Dennis at the Regent Store location. I have been going to that location ever since I started in retail, and that is 20 years ago! I bought new shoes and insoles and wore them this past week to work. At the end of this week my one foot has been so sore I could barely walk. I was not sure if I bought the wrong shoes for the support I needed or what the problem was. I called and spoke to Leo and explained the situation and he suggested I should come in to see him or Dennis, as he would let Dennis know the problem if he was not there. I went there today with my new shoes and insoles and with my old ones as well. Dennis was the first one to greet me and knew my situation. I was not sure if my old insoles could help if he saw them, but they did, they had a story tell LOL Dennis knew right away by looking at them what the problem was. He had me walk so he could verify what he thought, that the insoles were over compensating my feet. He had me try a few different ones until I found one that was right, and could see a difference in the way I walked. Thank you so much for your help and caring for your customer! You guys are the best, and I mean that from the bottom of my feet!! LOL

Went to the Regent location to purchase my first pair of Birkenstocks. Savanah helped me, fitted me correctly, answered all my questions, offered good advice and ultimately got me into a great pair of sandals! Thank you Savannah for your friendly efficient and knowledgeable help and providing me with outstanding cutomer service and a great in store experience.
For the corperation... I asked Savannah if there was a discount for multiple pair purchase and she said no. Ultimately the corporation lost another sale as I was prepared to purchase a second pair of Birkenstocks.
Also want to mention my Girlfriend was trying on walking sneakers and was being helped by another male staff member who sized her incorrectly and didn't listen to her when she pointed that out. Her experience led to no sale.
He actually came outside to recognize that and apologize but we were already moving on.

I went into the specific location to purchase a pair of running shoes for over $200 and not one staff member approached me and I waited ten minutes. There were four patrons and five staff. I left unsatisfied and wasted my time traveling there.

While the service today was quick, the sales person had limited knowledge of running shoes. His focus was on colour and shoe style, not on the features that I needed for my foot type and the type of running that I do. A bit disappointed.

Only place I go to for footwear. Excellent service by all the staff. They take your name at the front and the next available staff will give you great service. Measure your feet in case anything has changed and ask what type of footwear you require. I must have tried 10 different types and sizes with the staff serving me. And he was happy to do so as he wanted the footwear to fit me best before I could buy them.
I bought my regular walking runner and a pair of Roman style sandals for a reasonable (to me) price. I also get new Powerstep ortho inserts here and my feet have never felt so good.

Went to Canadian Footwear for the first time and all the staff were helpful. Dave ended up being our main person helping us - he was very friendly, informative, and helped walk us through multiple different options until we made the best choices. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality pair of shoes and knowledgeable staff! Thanks Dave!

My wife and I always look for the best quality shoes. I will admit that the prices are at the upper end of the spetrum, but you definitely get what you pay for. At the Regent location, the footwear specialist spent a fair bit of time making sure that the Merrell boots and the Cambrian walking shoes that she acquired were a perfect fit. He provided great advice and helped her get the right footwear. Great experience overall.

I have been using this store for my foot wear for the last 14 years or so. When I get my new Red wings they have me on file and simply go the back and get me new ones that always fit like an old friend feels. Lately I have ordered on line for my last 2 pairs of quality Cambrian Ultra walking shoes, (previously fitted in the store so I know the size) and they arrived at my house through Canada Post in 2 days. Great Job ! and Thank You !
