Literally the worst company I have had to deal with. Ordered all my appliances October 2021.They did not have one of my cooktops til April 2024. I told them before it was delivered that I did not want it and want a refund. They delivered it anyway and now say I can’t return it. Have been trying to return it for over a month and just a bunch of emails and phone calls and no help at all. If buying appliances I definitely recommend going to somewhere with better service like Costco.Edit to address there response:We had attempted to cancel the order before it was shipped, as evidenced by the attached photo highlighting the dates. Despite our efforts to prevent the delivery, the item was shipped regardless.When the cooktop was delivered, my wife was caught off guard and accepted the delivery, assuming it would not pose an issue. However, we never even opened the package and had every intention of returning it promptly. The cooktop in question was a significant purchase, totaling over $4000, which means the 25% restocking fee would amount to over $1000.Given the circumstances and our genuine effort to prevent this situation, I urge you to reconsider the restocking fee and allow us to return the item without incurring such a substantial financial penalty.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Canadian Appliance Source in Winnipeg. We tried to cancel our order for a stovetop before it was even delivered, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. Now, they are refusing to accept a return without charging us a ridiculous 25% restocking fee.Not only did CAS ignore our request to cancel the order, but they are now trying to profit off of their mistake by penalizing us for returning the unwanted item. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.To make matters worse, we ordered a total of 17 items from CAS, and we are only trying to return one. It's absurd that they would charge such a high restocking fee for a single item that remains untouched in its original packaging.I will never do business with CAS again and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to rectify their errors is truly disappointing.

I was dreading buying new appliances for my new home as it is a time consuming arduous process. I stopped in at Canadian Appliances and a very nice man asked me if he could help me and what I was looking for. He did a needs assessment of appliances needed, features and price range. He then put together a 6 appliance package for me and I was done in about 30 minutes. He made a very intimidating process easy as he was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. His after service was awesome also. If you need quality appliances, reasonable prices with great service stop in at the Canadian Appliance location on Kenaston and see Michael (Mike) Wu he’s awesome!

Maulin helped choose a refrigerator. Very polite and knowledgeable. Gave me a good deal and delivered in two days! Definitely recommended place to shop for appliances!

Canadian Appliance was able to give us the best price as compared to other stores.Delivery service was excellent. They gave lots of notice of arrival time and Shortline delivery guys were top notch. They had to dismantle the fridge a bit to get through the door and were very patient and friendly. They put down a rug to protect our floor. Would definitely recommend! The guys names are Brendan and Dakota. They were very professional and pleasant.

Maulin Rathod was the sales representative that looked after me. He answered all questions reasonably and did not hurry me in my evaluation. A pleasant experience while shopping for a new appliance.

Do not recommend, picked up a fridge and other appliances, bring it home the doors all damaged, brackets bent, cracked plastic. Offer me 10% back on the price of the fridge for compensation or have a tech come who knows when. Won’t let me return it and I’m not allowed to plug it in if they decide I’m allowed to return it in 2 business days. $7000 order and they could care less about helping. Go elsewhere

Jainil Shah was knowledgeable and courteous - very considerate to detail. Would highly recommend.Delivery was prompt and efficient, the installers were knowledgeable and skilled at stacking the units in a tight space.Very good experience.
