The experience that I had at Call it Spring Polo Park location was absolutely horrible, I had gone in one day to shop for some heels for a special event and the staff there was so disrespectful as the staff was “helping” me they seemed annoyed that they were being asked to help… but is that not their job to help customer, how I knew the staff were annoyed because they kept sighing and kinda of huffing and puffing as they walked away to grab sizes for me like it was a hassle for them. The behaviour is unacceptable and they should not be showing that behaviour especially on the sales floor where customers and see. If the staff are acting that way it starts off with management not doing their jobs as their staff have created bad habits and not being held accountable for if they have shown that type of behaviour on the sale floor. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNACCEPTABLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE. Definitely will not come back here again because of that and I’ll take my business else where to Forever 21, Aldo, Browns …etc at least I’ve had GREAT experiences with those places unlike Call it Spring or should be Call it Shame.

I like snooping around this shoe store. But it really is for the younger crowd. Their shoes ? are too high but the purses and jewellry are suitable. Go and shop because you will enjoy.

I had a fantastic experience with an employee named Janice. She went above and beyond to find me shoes that I liked and I ended up purchasing one of her suggestions!Lovely store with so many different options

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This employee’s behaviour was unacceptable.I’ve had to reorder my boots a total of three times because each pair would arrive creased in the ankle and toe area making them look worn already. As upsetting as it is, all the employees prior have been sympathetic and understanding regardless which I very much appreciate!But on January 18th at 12:29pm, I called the location asking if my boots have arrived or not in which I was told that they were shipped to the store on January 11th which was the second day I had to reorder the boots due to the creases. I asked if the boots had creases or not and explained my situation in a respectful manner. Instead of being understanding and preparing to help, I was given a very rude tone back and attitude right away in which she said phrases beginning with, “YOU have to understand ..” making me feel upset and uncomfortable like my concerns and feelings weren’t valid. Her tone and verbage while talking with me was unnecessary and could have been avoided. That interaction proceeded to make me feel anxious about visiting the store to pick up my order and customers should not feel that way.The same day at 1:40pm, I visited the location to pick up my boots and recognized the voice I spoke with on the phone upon entering the store. When I asked to see them before taking them home, I saw that this pair did have small creases around the ankles and looked like they were worn. I told the employee about the creases and I was given attitude as she showed me multiple boots in the store explaining that the creases were due to how the boots were made when that wasn’t the case for the boots that arrived prior in which they had ankle and toe creases making them look worn. Her explanation made me feel that my concerns and feelings for wanting brand new and unworn shoes weren’t valid despite the price I paid for them and that upset me. I asked politely if I could get a discount due to the inconvenience of this situation and was declined right away. I proceeded to stay quiet due to the anxiety from the service I was given and took the boots home anyways instead of processing a return.The way this employee talked with me was upsetting, uncomfortable and unnecessary and could have been avoided. She could have used different verbage and a more respectful tone to express her point of view on the situation but instead was rude to begin with. Because of this employee, I will no longer be shopping at this location. I hope that no other customer has to experience the feelings I felt today.

This store is so wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and things I wanted that weren’t in store they had them shipped right to my house!Prices are great for the high quality items you get! They are always up to date with the latest trends and they provide fashionable and comfortable options for shoes, accessories and clothing items!

Yesterday I went there. The one of Girl was so Rude. I think she's senior . Her behavior was bad, I asked her for open my bag for cutting tags , because I want to use it, at first she put bag on counter so hard than she just open its outer bag she didn't cut tag, didn't remove papers out from bag. I even ask her if she do this for me. She was Rude.
