Drove into town from north of the city arriving half hr before closing to look at booking a travel vacation. On line says "we encourage you to book an appointment on line" I tried and could do it on line. Reception said she had no one and would check but instead, iqnored me and took a customer that just walked. I have been CAA customer for years but not sure how many more of ANY.If you don't take travel vacations at the store why not post it boldly, and not say, "we encourage".I offered to wait but told they close in half an hour.Sorry for the rant but got the impression I was bothering her and should just go away.

No stars deserved. I had to resort to making claim with BBB. Representative made reservations at wrong hotel at opposite end of Miami and ruined my vacation. They would not even consider a resolve and Supervisor Linda was very rude. Blaming the customer.

Not impressed. I hope you have time for my story.On Monday, April 1st. My cars engine died. While driving and I was able to drive it to the nearest mechanic, who condemned it shortly after.While the mechanic was looking at it, I signed up for CAA. They have a 48 hour waiting period, unless you want to pay an extra $100. Nonetheless, I signed up at 2:18pm that day. Luckily for me, the mechanic said I can keep it there for 2 days.Wednesday rolls around, I call CAA at 1pm, and the 1st lady tells me I need to call after 2:19pm. Fine. I called againat 2:45pm and the first lady let's me know she's sent out a tow truck and it'll arrive in 45 minutes. Okay, I can wait that long.After an hour and a half, I call again, the tow truck hasn't arrived and I'm curious where it is. Turns out, the 2nd lady NEVER actually issued the work order. Even cooler.The 3rd lady lefts me know the tow truck is actually 10 minutes away. Sweet. It was rush hour -at this time- so the guy takes a bit longer to get there. Coolest.Overall, I spent 5.5 hours waiting for a tow truck. 1/5.

Not impressed, I drove in from outside the city to get a picture taken at CAA on regent which should have been a simple task. When I got there I waited in line behind a lady being dealt with at the first desk right when you walk in. The desk had a “reception” tag on it so I figured that’s where I should wait. While waiting for the customer to finish I then walked over to another desk where a worker was that had no customer, she didn’t even look at me so I went back and stood in the line where I was in before. After about 15 mins the lady left so I walked up to the desk but the worker then called over a family off to the side that came in after I was already there waiting (I watched them walk in). They then went right in front of me even though I was already standing there, no one said a single word to me like if was in standing in the wrong place or anything. Then I heard they were also there for passport photos so no idea how they got in front of me. I don’t know if I was suppose to take a number or what I missed since no one had said a single word to me the entire time I was there. If there was a specific desk out of all the scattered ones I was suppose to go to maybe it should be labelled. I was so angry I had to walk out. I’ve been a CAA plus member since 2010 but this experience might be enough for that to end since I rarely use it. Calling CAA for service has never been an issue and have always been happy but something is seriously wrong with this storefront and needs to be dealt with. I will be trying another location in the future hoping it’s not such a disappointment.* I did a follow up to the email that was given to me below in the response by the owner of the store and never got anything back. They really don’t care about the customers*

Good place to meet your travel needs and they only a phone call away to get your vehicles tow or boosted or a new battery and with winter coming be sure to get in your service call if u need it
