Friendly staff, but service is not great and very disorganized. They ordered the wrong door and went ahead and installed it thinking we wouldn't notice. Finishing was terrible and they clearly don't understand how to use simple tools such as a level, tape measure and square. I had to ask multiple times to have installer come back to fix it and still is not a great finish. We did the Greener homes grant and asked them for eligible products for the grant. They ended up costing us $225 in grants as the door was ineligible. I would suggest another company for any windows and doors.

Went on Monday 6November, and got there at 525. The sign says they’re open til 6. Place is dark and locked. We leave. Next day, my wife calls about 3 pm. They have what we’re looking for. Confirms with Zack they’re open until 6. Get there at 515. Lights on. Door locked. Knocked on front window, guy on the phone. Ignores us. Lights go out. I walked around the side and went in the dark building. Hello? Hello? The guy answers, we’re closed. I said, “My wife called earlier and she was told you’re open til 6.” He replied “Boss told me to close early. We open at 9 tomorrow.” I replied, “it doesn’t matter. I’m here today before closing. I won’t be back. Oh, what’s your name?” His reply, “Zack.” I said, “You just lost my business”. It took us nearly an hour to get there from the Lockport area with the poor road conditions due to snow and slush.I needed 4 doors, which they apparently had in stock. I don’t understand the rudeness and lack of customer service.

I have used this location for purchasing roofing goods and also as a wish pick-up.They are listed M-F 9-5pm on wish hours. After 2failed attempts Someone checked their google listing. Which indicates just 2days a week they are open. Upon an open day, the employee could not get the wish app to open. My items were lost to lalal land. Restocking fee of 20% might have been applied.Here are recent photos as of last Thursday.The house is #901, and Burron must be 911 following north is Enns marina goods is # 925

Good service until the order was placed... Had to go down to their shop just to speak with someone (No response to emails or calls), they delivered broken windows with a cracked PVC casing (Which during delivery they pointed out) and provided no recourse other than for me to go buy epoxy and fix it myself.I’m not one to leave reviews but after sending an email in hopes to hear back, nothing.Seriously consider before ordering. As a developer I place a decent number of orders a year and this order alone totalled $12,000 - can’t say it was a great experience especially after waiting 9 weeks.

Purchased a window last yr 2020 waited for insert of window the guy took measurements never returned to finish. Now its 2021 june My husband went to check whats happening with the window not finished the fellow told him in 2wks nothing happened nobody showed up. So he went there again same thing 2wks. Nothing . So i the wife started phoning *(thrus) told me on list will ph guy to finish the job. Waited few days no ph call. Called again on list need to ph guy.. i told them thats poir customer service take the money not finish the job. So monday nov 15 guy was suppose to come 6ish never showed or phed. Phoned nov17 the guy told me he needs to ph the other one why . Phoned afternoon that same day asked whats happening he said he he ll ph to see if he ll answer his phone.,, All im getting is run around and nothing done. To finish the window... Not happy take the money but over a yr later this guy should not get pd until finished job and see if likes that wpg mb

Great pricesSince the last interaction, we bought windows.Great windows but TERRIBLE INSTALLATION!!!I happened to see a window sill that was rotten and they were about to install the new window over the rot.If I wasn't there at the time they would have done so.That is all you need to know.
