Initially went to a big name repair company (mid-low average ratings) and they told me it was going to be an 8-10 week wait to get my car repaired. I could not wait that long and decided to visit Boyd after seeing many great reviews (4.5+ star average).
I met with Adam, Manjot, and Connor and they were lovely and kind to get me in earlier than what I anticipated. They were able to open and process my claim right away. Within 2-3 weeks my car was in for a quick estimation and then a rear bumper repair that only took a day to get fixed (as promised!) They also helped cover me for a rental car for just the day as well.
I highly recommend to inquire and getting your car repairs done at this Boyd Autobody and Glass location!! Effective, efficient, and informative. This location knows excellent customer service, and I was not disappointed one bit! Thank you Adam, Manjot, Connor and everyone involved with fixing my car!!

I received terrible customer service from this location, they are so unprofessional!! Was originally promised that my minor bumper repair would be done the next business day, it ended up being 5 days! I had to be the one to keep chasing them for an ETA daily only to be given a constant runaround. My part wasn't even in and ended up arriving days after I already dropped my car off, they were even still working on my car after business hours on the 5th day because I refused to leave without it. I took my vehicle here because it was nearby but I wish I took it to my dealer instead, Save yourself the hassle and do the same!

They did a great job as well as great with providing a car for you while your car is getting fixed. I would definitely recommend going here to people. The only thing I would recommend working on is updating the customer everyday on what’s going on with the car and repair. Had I not called for updates I think he only time I would of gotten one is on the day they gave it back to me which was 6 days after and not 3 days after like they said in the beginning.

I trusted this company to fix my bumper after a collision. After 2 weeks post repair, I noticed some bubbling paint that eventually ended up peeling in the left corner of my bumper. When I went back to the place to explain to them and have a look at it, they said it wasn’t caused by them that it must’ve been from something that I bumped into.
No, it was a poor paint job and poor Color match. I was told that I would need to pay out of pocket for this mistake and there’s nothing I could do about it and MPI would not cover it.

Huge shoutout to Adam for going above and beyond helping me with my bumper repair. From the first call to the last he was exceptional, keeping me informed of the process along the way. He also managed to have it done in record time which I am so appreciative of! I would highly recommend this shop without question. I drove away feeling like I was in a brand new car ?

I recently brought our Subaru Outback for bumper and windshield repair work at Boyd Autobody & Glass on Watson. I was not familiar with the MPI claims process as I should have been, and there were some complications with my bumper claim. However, the staff here were so incredibly helpful and sorted out my claim with MPI on my behalf, and were able to proceed with the repair work. They were able to accommodate my request to have both repairs completed at the same time to reduce the time our car would be in the shop. They were even able to complete the work 1 day earlier than they had originally promised, which I was very impressed by and grateful for. The work done looked great and I had no issues picking it up. The entire process from start to finish was efficient and quick. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you’re in need of repair work. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. While I hope I won’t need vehicle repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely go back to this location. My thanks to Adam, Gurjeet, and the whole team for a job well done and a great experience!

A big shout out for Jeremy. The liftgate on our vehicle was damaged so that it wouldn't close. I brought it in to Boyd and Jeremy gave me an assessment on the spot, then took it into the shop and had them seal the door shut so that we could get on our way back to Alberta. Didn't even charge for the service. Great customer service and willingness to help out a stranded traveller.

It’s my pleasure to share 10/10 experience with Boyd at Watson st. Near Garden city..I was definitely stressed when someone rear ended my vehicle on crazy winter evening.. I was frustrated but Adam & his team at Boyd took all the stress away from my shoulder.. They managed every single bit of the process since I dropped the vehicle .. to get rental vehicle and weekly updates with the progress .. I have already been spreading the word in my community and friends to always be careful on the road but if that happens then don’t ever worry as Boyd is there to take away all the hassles for you.. cheers to Adam & team .. you guys are the best in the city..Happy New year 2024..!
