Boyd’s treated us so well! Our car was broken into, damaging the driver’s window. We are visiting from the states and we received same day replacement at a good price. Not only did they replace the window, they thoroughly vacuumed the entire car for broken glass! We could not be more grateful for their assistance and service. We highly recommend them.

I have to say that this was above and beyond the best experience we have ever had dealing with an autobody shop. We needed our windshield replaced and were quickly & easily accommodated, Miguel was ready & available exactly on time and thoroughly explained the process. Not only was the windshield replaced exactly on time, he went above all expectations to explain what was being done, how important our safety was to him and thoroughly explained the work that was completed. He even repaired our rear view mirror that had been vibrating for years! Furthermore, as we had to travel on the highway over 2 hours away, he followed up and made sure we made it home safely and loved our windshield! If I could give him 10 stars I would! This is the only autobody shop I will ever contact again and will be referring everyone to this shop!

Cheryl, at customer service, as soon as you walk in, her smile just makes my day!!! She is sure 1 of a kind .She will do her VERY BEST to help you with w/e you came in for .Even with any questions you asked, she will go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. And Miguel, what a wonderful young man!!!! Another 1 of a kind. More than 25yrs.of experience, he sure knows his stuff and he will inform you in detail what needs to be done to your car. I totally recommend if you need anything done to your car or truck,go see them on Marion. They will take good care of you. Thank you so very much Cheryl and Miguel....

Best experience I've had at any auto body shop! They had booked me within two days of my request, and I had my car back with the windshield replaced by lunch! They even went above and beyond and added the original decals for the windshield! Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!
