“Got my window smashed on my S*b2ru, they were able to fix it the very next day promptly, gave me a ride to work as well(ended up not needing this) that greatly simplifies this ordeal, they also detailed my car for free and it looked basically brand new! Just great friendly service. Obviously read all the reviews, 2nd time using them and both times I was impressed.”

Black vehicle(hard to match) and colour match was as perfect as can be. Location wasn't great but quality of workmanship and service makes up for it. Highly recommend them.”

“My car was broken into, window smashed .. objects stolen. It was an exhausting and distressing experience but the staff (Vivienne) at Princess Auto were simply amazing. They went to extra lengths to help me fill out reporting, walked me through every step, cleaned up a ton of broken glass .. taped it up beautifully and phoned me in less than 24 hours to book a time to have the window replaced. I can't recommend them more highly; friendly, super efficient, so helpful and really kind. Amazing people who excel and they made me feel comfortable and as unstressed as you could be, given the circumstances. 10 stars for them!”

“I would highly recommend vernaus. They do pneominal work. They fixed up 2 of our vehicles from a hail storm last year. One of them was on the verge on being written off and they were able to prevent that from happening. I had both vehicles back within about 7 weeks combine. I had brought another vehicle elsewhere that took me about 9 weeks just to get the one back.
It was always a nice piece of mind that they would offer a loaner vehicle if we needed, and offered to give me a ride home if I needed.”

“Initially went to a big name repair company (mid-low average ratings) and they told me it was going to be an 8-10 week wait to get my car repaired. I could not wait that long and decided to visit Boyd after seeing many great reviews (4.5+ star average).
I met with Adam, Manjot, and Connor and they were lovely and kind to get me in earlier than what I anticipated. They were able to open and process my claim right away. Within 2-3 weeks my car was in for a quick estimation and then a rear bumper repair that only took a day to get fixed (as promised!) They also helped cover me for a rental car for just the day as well.
I highly recommend to inquire and getting your car repairs done at this Boyd Autobody and Glass location!! Effective, efficient, and informative. This location knows excellent customer service, and I was not disappointed one bit! Thank you Adam, Manjot, Connor and everyone involved with fixing my car!!”

They got everything in order and by Monday I got a call saying a replacement came in, and that they could fix it on Tuesday. I am grateful and glad I came down to their shop.
