Windshield replacement was great. But they need to improve communication. I had to call for updates, and when they texted me that my car was ready, they gave me 19 minutes' notice before they closed for the day.

Had some issues with having the vehicle done in the prescribed time frame, but Birchwood and Erik Olson provided excellent customer service to address additional costs for the rental car .

great service at Birchwood Collison on regent - got our vehicle in for a glass claim/replacement within 5 days - service was super quick (not even a full day) and the job was done perfectly! would highly recommend anyone here! what a wonderful experince!!
