Called for grooming (for my husky) and the groomer didn’t seem to please from the start. I was asking about prices and right away she went on a rant how it would be extra even if he yells a bit. She made it seem like a huge hassle and I didnt feel welcomed, she tried her best to get us to go somewhere else for my husky. I have went here before too and there was no problem a few months ago. Not sure if the groomers changed but definitely won’t be recommending this place anymore.

Worst place ever I have had multiple appointments cancelled for dog grooming, and they will literally do it the day before the appointment and when they try to reschedule, it’s not for weeks later I wouldn’t waste your time very unprofessional. The first time I’ve ever had my dog groomed there when I walked in the store I could hear the groomer yelling at my dog. I thought maybe you know I’d give them another chance, but after multiple appointments canceled, and now reading the reviews of another person having their dog yelled at I will never I ever take my animal

I have an overall issue with booking my dog for nail trims let’s just put that out there first. You’re very limited in booking ahead of time at most places. Just so other people out there are aware, prices for a 3 min nail trim is $28 lol. Not long ago they offered $20 (few months ago) not sure when the price sky rocketed. At Woofs and Wags it’s $28 but they offer a “pawdicure” which is, nail trim, paw balm, and they will trim their hairs as well. So yeah, it’s a rip off. And yes, I should def try doing it myself at this point I am aware LOL.

Unfortunately I've had three visits that were not great at all the staff was not helpful or friendly, the most recent time I was specifically looking for a few otocinclus. And they couldn't find the prices for them, and didn't know the name or how to look them up even tho I told them the fish's name, they also said "oh those sucky thing fish" not really sure why this location in particular falls so flat every visit unfortunately they really don't do the brand justice at this location as I do genuinely love Best west pet foods and have been going to them for over 25 years. Also the staff appeared to be talking about me behind my back to eachother and laughing so it super wasn't a great visit or experience.
