May helped us a lot, when we went at Ben Moss Polo Park to inspect my diamond ring for the routine inspection and we forgot to bring the paper and instead of us going back home she decided to do it and make sure to bring it next time. Excellent customer service.???

LIFETIME WARRANTY SCAM

Warranty Scam, voided lifetime warranty on a ring because of a random inspection Claus "every 6 months" we were never informed of ever as I wouldn't have bothered with warranty if I'd have heard of it during the purchase. Just some words on the back pamphlet that just holds the receipt. The ring had been repaired once before a year after purchase with no word of this inspection Claus then either. The sales person helping us was extremely rude about it today, like anyone would actually read the back of a pamphlet that they toss your receipt in.
Either way clearly they make them to break, for gems to fall off twice while only being worn during special occasions is just a sad.
Edited: In response to your reply. You have already failed completely to help us in the only way you were expected to. Our trust and faith in your company is gone, my only hope is that people can be better informed about how you do business from now on.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Barb sold me and my fiance my wedding/engagement ring set in September and was SUPER patient as we browsed and browsed and went to other shops and browsed. We were also very much on a budget and so she did not get a huge commission from this, she was just genuinely caring and attentive. Fastforward to today where I realized a stone fell out of my engagement ring. There are quite a few small stones and Barb mentioned it was a possibility and strongly recommended the insurance as it covers everything. I called and spoke with Chris who was amazing 2.0, answered all my many questions patiently and repeatedly (I have a goldfish memory, so I asked the same questions a couple times over a couple calls). He was informative, respectful and calming. I came in and he helped me super quickly, remembering my name from the call(s) and again explaining everything in detail making sure I left the store reassured and informed. He asked if I had any questions and explained the timeline. Honestly 100000/10, great customer service, I want to get engaged again just to go through them again (no they don't just sell engagement/wedding rings, I'm being dramatic) ?
