I owned a 2007 Toyota Matrix for 17 years and Andy took excellent care of me and my car. No gimmicks, no phony dealership bs attitude or lies. You are in competent, honest hands there. My daughter also owns a Matrix and Toyota sends her there for the rare problem that occurs.
At my age, I have had a lot of experience with dealership service dept. for warranty and regular maintenance. And I have seen the difference with this busy, privately owned shop that makes sure you don't have to go back ten times for the same problem. It's fixed properly the first time for a very fair price.
I was refered to this shop when my previous mechanic retired. He was a shop teacher at a local high school and he assured me that I would be treated well there, and he was right.

Had to wait few months because they were busy, decided to wait because I needed good job and they had good reviews. “If anyone is looking for an HONEST dealership, LanPro Auto on Ellice is the place to you. I have a BMW that the warranty was over and a switch went on it. I called LanPro to see if they would do the repair. Matt, from LanPro said yes they would look at it but, I should contact BMW to see if they would honor the repair even though the warranty expired. I did and after a few days they honored it. Matt’s suggestion of contacting BMW saved me about $2,000. Matt didn’t have to suggest that, but it shows how honest he is and LanPro. I trust LanPro Auto 100%. Matt is the best and the go to guy!”
