Bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra priced at $25,000, had it for a few months but only now took it to a couple dealerships, wondering what it was actually worth and each one gave me an estimated value of $13,500-$14,000. Ripped me off by overpricing a vehicle that already had enough problems.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had ( mark tabelina ) as my salesperson he was very nice and had a great sense of humor! He made the entire experience so enjoyable! Right from the test drive to driving it home that same day!
The vehicle's they sell are very nice and very clean!!
They provide you with a full carfax report and they even sent me home with a full tank of gas!
Hands down the best dealership I've visited...
for great prices awesome customer service and a smooth experience!

I recently purchased my dream vehicle from Auto Excell, even though it originally seemed out of my price range. After a stressful experience with other dealerships, I was relieved to find Auto Excell. Markie, the salesman, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. Markie worked around the clock to help answer any questions I had, and even dropped off the keys after a workday to ensure I could pickup my vehicle sooner. Kara, who handled my financing, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff, including the receptionist, went above and beyond to help me throughout the process, despite multiple issues with the bank and cheque clearance.
I am overly pleased with the service I received at Auto Excell and express my gratitude to the staff for helping me secure my perfect vehicle. I won't be shopping for a vehicle anywhere else in the future and will be sending all of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle!

I got my first vehicle with Auto Excell. They understood what I was looking for and did there best to meet all my expectations. They went above and beyond any dealership I went to before finding Auto Excell made my life with a smooth process. Markie was my guy that helped me through the process and walked me through everything as it was my first vehicle purchase. It’s now been after a month of getting my first vehicle and Markie is always so helpful for any questions still tell this day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I highly recommend if you’re in the market. Great Service.

Car shopping is definitely NOT on my list of favourite things to do, but Drazen made the experience very pleasant. He was very accommodating, by letting me take the car on a long test drive (including a stretch on the highway), and making sure I had everything I needed with the car (spare tire/jack). There wasn't a block heater, so they are installing that for me, for free, next month. Drazen is doing everything he can, even after the sale, to make sure I am satisfied, which I truly appreciate. If you are looking for a low stress and pleasant car shopping experience, this is your place!

Amazing service, great customer service. Drazen is a wonderful person, he helped me get financing without any problems, the next day he left the car dealership by car. Highly recommend!
