The best gym for its price. Enough equipment for any exercises, pool, steam room. Friendly staff.

Dropped in to check out the facility. Music was good, equipments on the older side, got some rust on my fingers from changing weights. Decent equipment selection. Overall good experience but the chlorine smell from the pool was a bit strong.

AAC is a gem in downtown Winnipeg. Essential equipment and friendly and helpful staff!I booked 3 personal training sessions with Ivan Sarmiento and learnt how to freestyle just by two! Recommend Ivan if you want to learn swimming and enter into triathlon.
