The store is nice and clean, lots of staff to help you and answer your questions. The staff is very friendly (although some have attitude). My main problem with this store are the fitting rooms. First, you have to wait in line to access the fitting room - the store is busy, I understand that they have a limited number of fitting rooms so you may need to wait for one. However, there is absolutely no signage for line up, so you may spend a few minutes waiting only to be told to go queue in the line as you were waiting in a wrong spot. My biggest issue thought is that they don’t have mirrors in the fitting rooms. Like, what the heck? The whole point of the fitting room is to try clothes on in a private space. I guess they are going for that high-end store vibe where you have an area immediately outside the fitting room with the mirror and couches where other people form your party can wait while you are trying the clothes and then look at yourself in a mirror . But I don’t want other people to look at me when I’m trying things on/looking in the mirror, especially if I am trying smth outside my comfort zone, I don’t want to be in front of other people in something too small/not fitting/etc. This is actually quite discriminatory - looking at your self in a mirror in a private fitting room or in a public area should be a choice, you can’t force people to only have one option!!

Amazing service!
My girlfriend was looking for a dress to wear for a wedding and was having a hard time choosing a dress. One of the employees found them a dress that we both fell in love with. They were really nice to us and very accommodating.
Highly recommend!

I usually don’t do reviews because I feel bad about complaining. But I do need to share my experience shopping in this store today. I never had a panic attack when shopping until now. My anxiety was through the roof out of anger and embarrassment. I was in the fitting room with only 2 items. At first it was going well, until I needed different sizes for the items I’m trying. The staff came back with the first one and said they would come back with the second one. I waited a long time for her in the fitting room. At first, I was thinking maybe she got stalled by another customer and will come help me as soon as she can get back, but it’s literally been so long! And it’s just one item; that’s why it seems odd. So I decided I’ll just grab the item myself because maybe something happened like she was sent on break or she was sent home. You know? Something was out of her control. But!!! As soon as I exited the fitting room, I spotted her right away, having a conversation with her colleague in the exact spot where the item she was supposed to grab for me was. Then, as I was walking towards the section, she turned around with the item on her arm, mind you! And she told me, “Oh, I got it here,” and I said, “I thought you forgot about me!” As I assumed, she will help me out still! But no, she even implied she didn’t forget about me but then immediately came back to talking to her colleague instead. So I grabbed the clothing myself, as she still continues to talk to her colleague, didn’t even acknowledge me again, didn’t even apologize or try to help me out again. They literally just continue their conversation like they’re there for coffee. Since I need to try that smaller size I asked her, I have to get in line for the fitting room. Before I got a room, the girls are still having their lovely chat, and mind you, I have to wait to try the clothes (which I understand). I was already so anxious about what’s happening because I'm really so disappointed at this point. I even tried to tell a different staff member in the fitting room what was happening, but she just ignored me and said, “If you need anything, just let us know." ! I don’t even know why I tried to say something, and I just ended up embarrassing myself instead.
The reason for the 3 stars for this review is for the 2 girls that treated me well at the checkout who actually listened to me and even asked me if I’m okay and even offered me water. I honestly do appreciate those girls. I’m pretty sure if you read this, you’ll know who you are! I really appreciate your gesture.
Anyway, I ended up purchasing the items I wanted and met my boyfriend outside the store still shaking from all the mixed emotions Aritzia put me through today! And lesson learned: I will stick to online shopping!

Had a lovely shopping experience at Aritiza today. They really make you comfortable by making the extra effort to help as stylists/personal shoppers.
Fitting rooms are pretty, clean and efficient.
They even have a lovely Café.
Prices are higher then the dynamite style brands but so many staples found here that it's worth the price if you love a
quality piece that you can get lots of wear.

I am very surprised about the negative comments on how staff are rude because people don’t look a certain way.To be quite honest, I don’t look like a model, I’m not young and I don’t follow any fashion trends with my clothing style.I also went shopping with my daughter who dresses emu and was looking for a suit for grad. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us and we felt very welcomed. This was by all the staff there not just the original one who approached us.We were also given a token for a free drink in their cafe, and the drinks are amazing btw!My only issue with this brand is their return or exchange policy. It is extremely strict! For the cost of the items I would expect the company to be much more accommodating. It’s my only negative.

Got my daughters jackets from the store in Polo Park. I told the saleswoman specifically 2 smalls. I was sent home with a small & XL. You shouldv'e seen my daughters' disappointment Christmas day. I've been trying for days to call to see if they have smalls in to exchange, and NOBODY answers the phone EVER in that store

Okay, ONE STAR because I can’t give infinity ZEROS..this is gonna be like an essay! So always loved the clothes here, but the “concierge” experience hasn’t been the smoothest.. I received an email “Clientele VIP” where you get to shop first before they release the actual sale item/price to consumers who has no aritzia account I guess that’s how they make you “a bit more valuable” but what I encountered today was the complete opposite. I’ve placed an order less than 2 weeks ago and would like to have my product price adjusted to what the “clientele price tag is since it still falls into that 14 days return for full refund right? First I got a response saying they have “NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY” but willing to give 10% to adjust the price… okayyyy that’s nice… but here’s the catch… ONCE THEY APPLY THAT 10% discount your product will be Final sale, which means you can not RETURN OR EXCHANGE.. YET SHE SAID THEY HAVE NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY. THIS IS THE PART WHERE THEY SUCK YOUR $$ INThis is their Final sale policy.Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.The Price adjustments they are offering is 10% now why would that make the Item final sale? It’s not greater than 50% discounts so WHY? Here’s the funny part too.. I found out, I have placed another order which hasn’t shipped yet, and so I asked her if she could apply that 10% towards that order.. she happily said yes, but I will have to wait for the item to arrive I’m like whattt? Okay, sure I was over it whatever. Out of my CURIOSITY.. I asked, SO when I get the item you can adjust the price and apply that 10% discount and the item will be Final sale as well? And SHE EASILY RESPONDED YES THAT’S CORRECT! And I’m like ? I CAN’T EVEN! Oh so I ended up requesting for the E-gift card. And GUESS WHAT? It takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THE E-gift card Via Email. I AM SO DONE WITH ARITZIA!!! I AM DONE!! You don’t deserve peoples hard earned money. IT’S LIKE ONCE YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY TRY TO PUT A CHAIN ON YOUR NECK TO REEL YOU IN. I PROMISED THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW I’VE EVER DONE.
