Personally, Access credit union help me more than any other Credit Union has an over 10 years. I made a switch from another Credit Union that I was a member of over 10 years they could not help me but access was able to help me immediately and help me get back on my feet.

Former Casera customer. Welcome to Access. Former Gold account covered all my Senior banking needs. The same account now generates a monthly fee of almost $40.00 post merger!! Only solution is to now pay minimum $120.00 per year for the same privilege. As a senior on a fixed budget I see this as a cash grab from those who can afford it least. After almost 50 years at what was Transcona Credit Union I will be moving to a C.U. that has respect for their longterm and senior clientele. It appears Access simply sees us as an opportunity to make more money.

We have had constant problems with Brianne at this branch. I would go to any other branch other than this one. Horrible customer service. We will be closing our account there.

Ever since the merge with cross town every has gone down hill, they’ve lowered my spending limits with my permission and didn’t tell me about, the staff can be rude when you go in and the app doesn’t work

The branch inconveniently opens at 930am.The interior atm opens at 930am which defeats the purpose!My drive through atm transaction was cancelled as the unavailable staff prepped the machine at 845am leaving me unable to complete my banking within the confines of a normal working person’s office hours.

Check your credit rating and credit bureau if you have done any line of credit loans with this credit Union they fail to report to the Equifax when your lines of credit are paid off and instead of removing it from your bureau they registered a second one. So now it appears that I have two $10,000 lines of credit and it is affecting my debt ratio for a new loan and now I'm going to have to get a letter to prove to my new loan lender that this doesn't exist beware this company rampant incompetence

I honestly can't say enough good things about this Credit Union. The quality of service that is provided to me and my family is above and beyond what any bank would ever provide. I have to give another separate 5 star rating to the branch manager himself "Rick Vos-Wiebe" I started dealing with Rick at Henderson and have since followed his career over two branches. Rick goes above and beyond for my family, as well as any referral I've ever gave him. Rick always looks out for the best interest of his customers, even if that means extra paper work. This guy truly cares for his members! Yes i can say these kind words about him because i consider him my friend, but it started of as a simple business relationship that grew into one of most valued business relationships i have to date. Don't underestimate a good relationship with your banker. Choose a Credit Union! Thanks Crosstown.

Very annoyed with this branch. Three strikes and I am done with this place. Everyone there needs to pay attention to what they are doing and double check everything that is being processed before clients leave to avoid wrong transactions. I will not be continuing my services with Crosstown Civic Union in the future. Very disappointed with the service of handling transactions. Way to stressful every time to check my account to make sure it's done satisfactory.
