Needed a 7mm nut for my sons dirt bike called honda was told it was a special order and was $20 and would take a week to get in , came to Adam's supply and got about 20 of them for $10 .

It is true some of the counter staff are able to be not as pleasant as others.... However if you want the best bolt selection and that hard to find fastener, this is the place.

While the stock levels are good and they usually have what you need, the staff member mentioned in previous reviews still works there and has not learned to treat customers with respect.
I brought in my screw and explained where it was from. He brought me three options, all with different threads, lengths and types than my original. I started trying to explain why they wouldn't work, and I don't know if it was cause I'm a woman or what, he interrupted me, repeated false information back at me (that it was for my bumper when I told him it was the underplate) AND then had the balls to say well thats all I got, that's your options. Instead of telling me he cannot help sell the correct part, he tried to confuse me with different parts and to spend money on something that wouldn't have worked.
Go in with knowledge of what you need or hope you have a better staff member to help.

I had zero knowledge about bolts and went in blind. The staff and owner were extremely helpful. They got me the bolts I needed very quickly. Cost way less than expected.

I had a very good experience here.I was having very hard time finding metric coupling nuts anywhere in Winnipeg and they had what I needed.Price was fair, the counter person was very knowledgeable (I was not), service was quick, price seemed very fair.I would have no problem recommending or going back.

It’s funny how some say the staff was rude, I’ve had nothing but success getting specific size hex bolts or whatever you. Staff has always been easy to deal with. Maybe the person saying the people were rude, maybe you’re the rude one? Adam’s was recommended by a friend of mine. Very happy!
