7-11 needs to retrain its employees. I went there the other day to purchase an item and when it was rung up it was more expensive than the advertised price. I told the employee and she came and looked and began to take down the sale price sticker in front of me (no explanation). I said “oh, is the sale expired?” she said “yeah, it’s expired”. Guess what, 7-11???? You were supposed to give the customer the product for the ADVERTISED PRICE. You now have one less customer

Have not had a good experience with the worker at this location. I have no problems with the store itself, but the worker is unpleasant every time I will go to this location.

If any courier go for pickup and ask lady for use washroom she always said it still out of order .it happen with me twice.i never gonna go for pickup there.

update: I just spoke to a store leader, Amandeep, and she apologized on his behalf and we spoke about the incident. She resolved this really well and her customer service was great! Thank you amandeep for handling this situation with grace and I hope to get greeted by the same warmth when I go back to my local 7-11 for a late night run. Amandeep is a 5 star review so ill adjust for 3 stars.HORRIBLE service from Sukhjinder working nightshift at this location. This man is “In-Training” and left alone to tend to the business not knowing how things work. I came in at 1:10am wanting a few things and snacks and went to pay, and inserted my phone number. There then was a prompt on the screen saying how i can redeem my nachos so i click it and enter my postal code. it seems to not work at first so Sukhjinder tells me to pull it up on my phone so he can scan it. at the same time, another customer comes up to the till and is waiting to thget checked out. Sukhjinder tells me “Hurry it up” and goes to help the other customer. Then He scans my phone and we proceed to pay because the Nachos have been promo’d out. It shows through my transaction history that 2000 points were redeemed for Nachos and the payment has also been made for the other items i bought. THEN sukhjinder proceeds to tell me that he needs to scan and make us pay for the nachos again, taking away another 2000 points. I try to show him that it has already been redeemed but he insists that I am incorrect, and if i take the nachos i will basically be stealing them DESPITE paying for them through points redemption. We bicker back and forth until he tells me to leave the nachos and come back in the morning to talk to a manager, and I am confused as who wants to eat nachos that early in the morning. he proceeds to tell me i still need to pay and insists on it, so i request his manager. he says there is none on site which confuses me as his name tag says “IN-TRAINING”. I ended up leaving my phone number and name to talk to his manager in the morning because this customer service is unacceptable. being someone who works in customer service, i would never speak to someone in such a disrespectful manner. i understand that there may be technical difficulties but this man was not even willing to listen and look at the information that was on my member profile for 7-11. I will be talking to a manager tomorrow morning. this is DISGUSTING.

I would normally not review on here because this store is normally very good, but when you order thru door dash they will make substitutions without calling you. Almost 5 stars

Another bad experience with the same worker, old lady yelled at me for her not doing her job properly. I cant believe she still works here, not only did she raise her voice at me when I was explaining that I brought a refill cup but she proceeded to make me pay full price for the cups I BROUGHT IN ( the cups weren’t even the same cups that was being dispensed at the store…) after SEEING me bring in two cups when I entered the store. She followed me to the slurpee machines, dropped a cup AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE CUP RACK, which is a health code violation. She then accused me by saying I was the one who pulled out the cup SHE dropped and said she watched me take out the cup THAT I BROUGHT into the store. I can’t believe I’ve had nothing bad bad experiences with the same worker over years of coming to this same location.Unbelivable, I’ve never been so upset with service in my life.

Always have negative experiences with the grouchy old lady who works here, won’t be going to this location anymore rather just skip from another location. She’s been working at the same 711 for years and is constantly in a bad mood while she is working. Disappointing when you always have a grumpy person serving you

nice place to go in the summer!i like getting slurpies and candy with my friends.unfortunatly there is a rude lady working therenot so cool on that end. other than that its a great place for gas, snacks and goods.

Very good service, when order online follow instructions, nice staff. As compared to 554 Keenleyside st location they are very cheap at sauce and onions for hotdogs.
