I frequent this seven eleven a lot in the summer time as I drive a truck throughout the city all day long.Today today was no different than any other day, I stopped in like I have all wk and last, to redeem a point for a slurpee, every employee, including the manager as of yesterday, allowed me to redeem my XL slurpee as a LG. Well this morning, I said the XL is not in the app to redeem, but told her what the other employees and manager had done, she redeemed it, than statyed nexxt time it can only be the lg for a lg, and she doeant care what other employees have done, they shouldnt have, but she will ask her manager to say they cant do that. I replied Stated again, none of the other employees, including her manager, have a problem with it and don't ever speak th you to a pastor.. She got super rude. Super defensive raised her voice at me and told me to mind my own business. I told her she needed Learn customer service respect and not speak to customers and raise her voice at customers. The way she just did to me. It was the shorter chubbier girl, not the taller girl.So hopefully you guys have audio and not just video in that store.So you can actually see how she spokePs. To the dude that came in as everything was coming to an end, You were in the conversation you didn't hear how she spoke.I don't care what you think she is, but she was not respectfull by raising her voice and being rude to a CUSTOMER. before you came in and butted your nose into our business, NOT YOURSLet me know how to contact the store directly or the head office directly.And I will do soMay 16, 249/930 AM

Great 7-11, the staff are all very friendly and well trained. The only thing I would change is I'd ask that the bakery items would be pre-bagged again, instead of sitting loose in the display. It seems un-hygenic to have them sitting in there for anyone to touch.

Asked for some cookies to be made fresh, dude gave me a death stare and gestured towards them and said they are fresh. When I asked when they were baked he was silent so I just got them and they are old and stale. So was the pizza all dried up

One of the more Retro/Original 7-11 themes. Store is the average size for that generational concept of the business. The service is great here, however I did find the coffee bar area all crammed with the fountain drinks and slurpee area. You would be unable to meet/pass in the aisles as well. Other than that I would visit this location in the future

I had really bad customer service. I am a regular customer as I live nearby, I went there today around 8:15pm and while checking out a girl came up behind me and talked very rude and upon asking for an extra bag she was like raising her eyebrows and giving a rude gesture I told her I would pay her 10 cents for the bag. She left from there at the back and I was literally standing there waiting for paying 10 cents and then another guy showed and said it's ok... At least complete the conversation that is their job and everyone has a bad day sometimes but why affect others..Worst 7 eleven I didn't get her name otherwise I would love to mention it here

Assistant manager and employees could use a little more training in regards to processing the Rewards on the app. There was 3 people behind the counter looking at my Rewards app and still couldn't figure it out. They sucked up my 2000 points and still made me pay for my chips. Jeez.

Staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, unaccommodating, and borderline abusive. Horrible experience - will be buying my bus tickets elsewhere from now on if this is how the 7-Eleven chain thinks it's acceptable to treat their customers.

Staff is frequently very rude and will push the points cards too much, even when you say you don't want it. Also, they need to ease up on the sanitizer. The air is practically flammable in there.
