This is the place to go for your knives, and I would not recommend it anywhere else. The knowledge, the service, and the quality of work they do day in and day out is remarkable. The entire staff at d.a.Niels know what they are doing, and are fantastic in guiding and assisting customers in what they should be looking for.

I purchased a wok a year ago and coating on the inside of the wok was peeling. When I was at the store last week shopping I mentioned it to the owner and he said I could return it even though I didn't have the bill as they are only store who sells that wok. I went there today and exchanged for a new wok and a store credit for the difference in price. What great customer service! The also hired an employee from the Ukraine which warms my heart.
