I had ordered jeans online for first time. Tried them on at the store and had ordered wrong. Length way too long in leg. The clerk was able to provide me the correct length and I walked out a very happy camper! Brookes the clerk was very helpful and made the experience great! I would highly recommend the Winkler store!! ?

The employee my Daughter and I dealt with this week was the most friendly and welcoming person we've had the pleasure of being helped by, ever. She smiled and answered all our questions, was approachable but wasn't pushy, she explained the sales and we couldn't have been happier. We will definitely tell everyone we know, and we'll be back.

Bought 2 pair of jeans... one pair noticed had holes by the pockets first time wearing and they have holes worn into the back of the legs after only 5 months of casual wear... as I have uniforms for work. Would have done 0 stars if it was possible. I've had jeans from Bootlegger that have lasted years and i will go back there for my next pair.

The teller was helpful with my purchase and she assisted if giving me 30% in store which a really appreciated so I did not have to order online and wait.

Had terrible customer service this morning at your store in Winkler. Walked in and the lady behind the counter said hi and never left the counter again for the next 10 minutes while I walked out. No help at all. Was going to buy 3 or pairs of jeans but will be buying them elsewhere from here on in. This is where I used to always buy my jeans. Sad story. I strive for customer service and didn’t receive any today. Hope you can fix this with the next customer.

Always greeted with a "hello" and a friendly smile. The girls here are helpful, kind and willing to lend a hand and help you find something nice. I enjoy going clothes shopping here. :)

They have a pretty good variety and almost always have a sale on something. Location is not the best. There are days you can't even park at the store because there are so many other little stores around it. Staff is super friendly though and helpful
