Very very poor customer service. Workers are very rude, and they often give me the wrong size needles because I use an uncommon size and they think they know better. If I need a minute to take out my health card, they make me wait at the back of the line again, no matter how long it is. They told me they called my doctor when they clearly didn't. Workers clearly prioritize paperwork over waiting customers, at multiple points I have had to stare at workers for 5 minutes before they come to the register to help me.
