This dealership restored my faith in what a car dealer should be. Honest, trustworthy, keeps promises, responsive.There are 4 Ford dealers within 30 minutes if my home - I choose to drive 90 minutes each way to deal with the Hometown Team in Winkler for any work that’s more than just regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.)Want to buy, lease or service your car and feel absolutely good about the whole experience? Overpriced - Spent over $300 for some simple diagnostics. No actual work done. Said they would not guarantee that any work done would fix the problem.

I've been coming to Hometown for 3 years now with my Ford Escape. Each time, they pick it up from my work and I love that service. The best part now is communication with Heather via text is amazing. She's super quick to respond, makes booking appointments easier, and lets me know if there are any issues during a service job. Always appreciate that communication and the attention to detail they give my car.

Purchased a vehicle here and it has been the best vehicle I’ve owned so far. I have always had amazing experiences dealing with their service department for regular maintenance, they are always on time and reasonably priced! We love the vehicle report we get with each service.
