Favorite car wash, nice and bright, big bay, even has heaters overhead. And always maintained well.Update: It's still the best car wash in the area!! Keep it up!!!

Great place. It gets my car nice and clean when I go through the automatic and do soft touch. Would not recommend the soft touch if you really care about your paint as it leaves microscopic scratches. But seeing as I don’t care about my paint this is the place for me.

Overall pretty decent. Only problem I’ve had frequently is using an access debit card in the wand wash. Never works.

The hours are good and the wash bays are continuously cleaned although visibility in the self serve bay is near zero obviously due to lack of effective ventilation. The self wash worked well, however, I was annoyed when the Nynax payment machine said the charge was $17 and moments later I received a text to say my card was charged $20. I asked the high school students working there about it and they could not help. I found out 6 days later that it was a pre-auth and the real charge of $11.50 (not $17?) appeared on my statement. There is no notice at the car wash to say this. It's impossible to get a printed receipt as there are no printers. A sign said to get an eReceipt at a website but that does not work if using ApplePay or GooglePay so I'm now without a receipt. The wash owner called back after a few days and I explained this but he said to call Nynax, the credit card processor. Why isn't he doing this? It's his business! He didn't even have a phone number I could call. After a lot of running around trying to find Nynax, I finally received an email that they cannot help without the credit card number, and yet, their systems accept ApplePay and GooglePay. Fortunately there are many other car washes nearby and hopefully none of them use the Nynax card processing system and hopefully unlike this poorly managed business they have supervisors onsite that a customer can talk to. It would have saved me a lot of wasted time and frustration. This is the first and last time I'll go here.

It's frustrating to have no store front or customer service representative to talk to. Our antenna was ripped out in the automatic car wash and I cannot find a contact#. Caused damage to my vehicle.

What a great car wash !! Love the lights after a long day at work I went to one on the highway and my running boards were caked with mud afterwards !!! Not here at City ! Perfectly clean Sierra Truck

The machinery seems to be well maintained and capable of producing a good wash every time. When using the hand wash I feel that length of wash per dollar spent seems fair.

Easily the best place to wash your vehicle in Winkler. Compared to Super Sudz, the lighting inside City Car Wash is exceptional. Also find that compared to Super Sudz, the wand pressure here is better, water is always hot, and there is actually soap dispensed in the soap cycle. Also, all of the different setting options are always operational. I get that this car wash is at least 15 years newer, but it is superior to the other options in Winkler.
