Installation costs are absurd. Monthly costs are ridiculous. Service is spotty. If you think this is a canadian company it is not. Their money handlers are in europe.

Sent me an agreement to fill out after I told them my address and what I wanted as a service. I signed the agreement they sent that said on it $0 for installation and $145 per month. A couple days later got an email saying they looked up the wrong address and the agreement was void and the new cost would be $800 for installation.I'll not sure how a company voids their own agreement because of their error. Nowhere in the terms did it state that they could terminate agreement due to their administration error.I would caution customers of this company. Very sketchy business practices. I'll keep my starlink.

Horrible unreliable fiber .... stay away ! Poor customer services hours no help after 9pm. Terrible unreliable internet goes down hours at a time multiple times per month.STAY AWAY FROM RF NOW !!!!

Promised service would be installed in Sep - Nov 2022, it's not November 25 and just received a notification that install wouldn't be taking place until "in/around summer 2023"... ridiculous! Great way to manage customer expectations. Live up to your promises and hire additional resource if you're running behind on schedules.

Signed up for Rockwood area in April 2021. RFNow told me I would have service by August 2021.Then they said they were delayed and it wouldn’t be until spring 2022.Then they said because it was so wet it wouldn’t be until June.Then they said they’re equipment broke down and it wouldn’t be until August.It’s now October and still no service but plenty of promises and excuses.Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.I’ve been waiting 2 years now for the service they told me would be available in 2 months.Liars , if I could give them no stars I would. Beware potential customers they will say anything and string you along for months or even years in my case.

Final update: Took an entire month for this to get set up and running... Just for the install tech to tell me we need a better router (which is gunna cost upwards of $200-$250) because the one here "isn't good enough". Would have LOVED that heads up so I could have bought one prior too!Absolutely the worst customer service... I still cannot believe we're stuck with them. Do NOT recommend.Update: Its now Friday (the NEXT friday) and I STILL havent heard from anyone! Ghosted AGAIN?Was ghosted by the installation tech for 3 weeks after saying he'd be at the house the following Friday. Then called my husband (who works out of province 23 days a month) to make an installation appointment. Finally got around to texting me at 8pm on a tuesday night and we made an agreement for after 7pm that Thursday. 3 other men showed up at 4pm Thursday afternoon (when I wasn't even supposed to be home) circled the block for an hour then started working at 5 without even bothering to say hello first (my daughter was dealing with a migrane and they decided to trench right beside her room... I could have happily moved her had I known they were going to be 3 hours early and trenching RIGHT beside my brand new SUV/her room). After drilling their holes (and leaving a hell of a mess behind) one of the workers tells me to "just sit tight the installation guy will call sometime tomorrow or Monday to set up an installment appointment and get you live". I was EXTREMELY confused and asked wasn't that what he was here for? "Nope. I'm just the cable guy." And left.I work full time. I'm not taking a day off for some tech to show up at whatever time (if they bother showing up at all) he decides to.Completely unprofessional. I wish I never looked into them. Now I get to sit and wait for some phone call I might not even get because I don't have cell service where we live!

Lots of crashing. Custom service is good so far. Update.. make sure you go with the optical net over the wireless and make sure u buy a really good router.

Decent internet speeds, but the customer service is horrible. Had to wait 5 months for it to be hooked up which would have been okay if we were given that as a timeline but they would never answer how long it would take, they'd just ignore the question. Once it was installed it was done incorrectly since there's no communication between the different installation teams so they had to come back a week later to fix it. Then when billing came around we were never informed about how they charge you a month in advance. 90% of our issues were with customer service and how they give you no information on anything and expect you to just go along with it

It has been 12 months since signing up for installation, and now I've just been told I'll have to wait another 6 months, despite just being told it would be a matter of weeks. I missed my chance to get starlink and I'm stuck working at home for another winter on satellite internet. It should be called RFsomeday.

The only person at this company that knows what he is doing is the installation guy. Billing department can’t keep anything straight and if you call the service line they just blame you for everything and give you a bunch of attitude

They keep dodging all of our calls and provide terrible service
