Phoned to leave a message to be recorded about a lost parcel again x3.. call was answered phone after hours and said call back I thought you were one of my friends?? Tax dollars at work lol

Going here whenever you have a package delivered to Virden is a burden…… the affect it has on your mood/day is similar to that of someone peeing in your morning coffee. There are many nice people who work there. There is just one person who is as miserable as can be and somehow is always there whenever I get a package mailed there….

Always friendly and helpful. I am currently very pregnant and they have assisted me with my packages everytime I have needed it. Working their butts off during this crazy time.

Mail was misteriously disappearing for months. Filed a complaint and miraculously the missing mail appeared the next day.Constantly denies box owners from picking up parcels.Very rude.Found a note attached to our mail box to hold our mail.

Had numerous issues having items delivered to this post office. Mail with correct box # but different last name than box number holder was placed into a different Po box that matched the same last name (did not match first name) and only discovered because receiver of the item contacted the intended receiver. Parcels are difficult to recieve as this office not always accessible/open despite being a larger/busier office in the area.
