Certain members of staff are not polite to customers, are very short and discourteous.

Always friendly and helpful. I am currently very pregnant and they have assisted me with my packages everytime I have needed it. Working their butts off during this crazy time.

Staff are doing a great job during a global pandemic, trying to keep up with the volume of parcels etc.
