My 2014 Ram digital screen has never worked since year one, and they can’t even source parts for it either. Skip this dealer whenever possible.

Purchased my first new vehicle at this dealership in 2016. The transaction went very smooth, and I was given everything that I wanted with an added bonus of a very good deal on my 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad.Purchased a 2nd vehicle, 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, and traded in my previously purchased Journey during the sale. Did not like the salesman's "we're not making any money on this sale" approach at all, but I don't think he works there anymore.Service at Twin Motors has always been very easy to talk with about any issue that I'm facing with my vehicle. If there is an issue regarding a recent repair or visit, they are quick to come up with a solution.

Called a just before closing and left a message that I lost the power steering in our caravan, the service center called me back after closing time and set me up with an appointment the following day. I continue to receive service above and beyond what is expected from the staff at twin motors

Early last Friday morning, I was ready to drive the last leg of my journey home to Gillam, when my Trailhawk wouldn't start! I wasn't sure if it was the starter, alternator, or what was wrong! Despite having a very busy schedule the service department squeezed in my Jeep, determined I needed a battery, made sure my alternator and starter were fine, and had me back on the road to Gillam by 11:00 a.m.! Staff was friendly, understanding and SOOOO helpful! I will definitely use them in the future for regular maintenance and service to my Jeep!

Have been a customer at this location since 1989. Therefore have seen many changes and with different owner's. Twin Motors has gone through its growing pains once taken over from Thompson Chrysler but feel they have reached a level of service that has very seldom been reached before. Keep striving for excellence :-)

I was not satisfied with the results from the mechanic who worked on my Jeep. He confirmed that the rattling noise was fixed, however, upon driving it over the first bump on the road, I still could hear the rattling sound. This suggested to me that he did not take it for a test drive after he completed the work. When I returned and brought the mechanic for a ride in my Jeep, he could clearly hear that the problem was not fixed.

Blew 2 power steering hoses and a boot for the front axle,,on Dec-23,,Twin Motors gladly took my Van and reassured me it'll be fixed ,,plus let us use an Awesome Rental ( that I didn't want to give back ☺️)Thank you So Much!!!
