I travelled 2 hours south to get a chest freezer from this locally owned store. Lance personally served me, it was a good experience, he helped us make the right choice and tirelessly answered our questions on other products and even shared the dates for upcoming sale events. I strongly recommend them and will definitely go back to get more furniture and appliances when I need.

Lance and the team at the Brick did an excellent job helping us find a couch. They went above and beyond to find something that would fit down our staircase and fit nicely in our basement.
Overall, my experience with the Brick Swan River was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend visiting this Brick for high-quality products, exceptional service, and a great shopping experience. Thanks Swan River Brick Team!

Went to buy a sofa. Zero customer service. I was only one in store, owner or staff failed to talk to me. After looking and trying all sofas I approached the counter. Owner met me with arrogance saying I had turned down help bc I was “just browsing”. Not true!!!?! She was not apologetic at all. When I said I’d go down the street to Dufresnes she said was fine with that. Will not enter that store again. Will drive to Brandon if necessary. Spent my money at Dufresnes instead. Now they use excuse that it was lunch time, staff didn’t show up in the warehouse. I think I wasn’t dressed classy enough and I had a backpack on my back which in Swan River is already a strike against you.
