10/10 - absolutely recommend. Have used their services multiple times. Very easy to communicate with, absolutely fair pricing, friendly helpful staff. They just dropped off our first farm tractor and made it stress free and a breeze. I recommend their services!

I was unfortunate enough to be T-boned by another vehicle and Rockwood was the towing company who attended. The towing experience was professional and quick but what wowed me was their accommodations to open their facility after hours when we asked to retrieve our belongings from our vehicle after the smoke settled. They certainly didn’t have to especially after divulging they are a small business and have 2 young children to tend to. Long story short, Owners Dawn and Steve have the experience to take care of your towing needs but their small town hospitality is what will have me return. (Hopefully I don’t have to, lol). FYI, their towing service is 24hrs but regular access to their compound are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday as of July 4/24.

Had my vehicle picked up in town on 1st street East today, Excellent Service! Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Driver. Too bad we both had to deal with a Volvo SUV driver who couldn’t slow down for the emergency vehicle lights! Rockwood acted Professionally and Safely! Thanks and will use your service again! Highly Recommend.

I contacted Rockwood towing today and had a speedy response time. I spoke with Steve over the phone who was great to deal with. Daniel came to recover my car and was super friendly and ensured I got home safely! I am super thankful for this company and highly recommend!

Got stuck in a ditch very deep in snow, was on site within a half an hour to pull me out. Dawn was super nice and I was so grateful for their quick response. Any time I need a tow truck I won’t be calling anyone but them.

This company is amazing! Highly Recommend. I was stranded on the side of the road and Daniel came within 15 min of me calling in for help. He changed my tire in the freezing cold and was fast, polite and knows what he is doing. This company continually goes out of their way to help those in need! I will absolutely be calling Rockwood Wrecking the next time I need a tow or to change my tire! Steve, Dawn and the rest of the crew you truly are the best. Thank you for always being there when I need you.

First time using Rockwood to tow my vehicle. Out of all seven times I have had to use tow truck services this year (my car is a heap) this was the best and most positive tow experience. Huge Thank You to Daniel the driver and the owner of the company for prompt and professional service, even bigger thank you for accommodating me at the end of your night as well. Top notch company. 5 stars arent enough!! Profressional, on time, courteous, efficient and reliable. I was stranded on highway and driver came right when he said he would. Payment was easy, no hassles. He towed vehicle to dealer and he took the time to call me to let me know vehicle was safe. Highly recommend!

Awesome guy and super nice! Was my first time driving in winter and i hit a patch of ice. Ended up in the ditch and lucky for us he was there at the perfect time. He was ready for action and Helped us get out of the ditch in 5 minutes not even.Stayed calm and got us through it.Service: Car towing

This guy was amazing. He was right there when we needed him. My sister and I hit the ditch after a bad patch of ice. This was our first-ever crash and he made everything go smoothly.
