Awful service. I have had nothing but problems with this Walmart for about a year now. I bought an IPad on a Black Friday sale, it came defective. Called apple service, and they told me there was something wrong with it. No big deal, do a simple return. They didn’t have any left in stock, also not a big deal. They were waiting for more to come in. When the new ones come in they said they would not honour the sale price. They suggested a return and then purchase the other model they had that was roughly 200$ more.

PHARMACIST LACKS EMPATHY ... I drove 1-hour to pickup a hard to find medication. I asked the pharmacist if it was in stock. He went to the shelf and showed me the meds all ready to go in his hand. I said "Great! Can I get my prescription transferred here and get them?" He told me "Sure. Just be prepared to wait while I fill 150 others." ... No compassion. I needed the meds and he had them in his hand. You could tell he enjoyed his little bit of power. What a petty man. I will never use that pharmacy again.

I’m not one to ever leave a negative review, but this needs to be shared. I showed up 5 minutes before closing (9:55pm) on 10/21/2024 and was going in for a box of diapers. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was.
I get to the doors and they’re locked (except the middle one and the exit ones) so I go through the middle and the exit because shoot, their closing time said 10pm so they’re still open! I am greeted with “we’re closed! What are you doing here?” By the greeter (who’s usually super friendly). I responded by mentioning there was still 5 minutes until closing so they should still be open.
Then, who I’d assume to be the manager yells at me “what are you doing here? What do you want?” And I told her I needed diapers. “Fine, go get them and then get out!”
As I’m walking away, she yells “how are they getting in here? Through the middle door?” “Yep, that’s how they always get in.” The greeter responds.
I grab the diapers and I’m walking back to the self checkout, then I hear the lady again “round up whoever’s left and kick them out of here!” And the other employees laugh.
I got out of the doors at 9:58pm… if I were the boss I’d fire every one of those employees for turning my customers away, poorly representing my business, locking the doors BEFORE closing time, and dumbing the “valued” customer down to just a number or less than a person. I have a few businesses myself and that’s not how you treat people, there’s no excuse for that. They need to be demoted or fired for that disgusting behaviour.
I won’t be back, thanks for the diapers.

The lady, I think her name was Ditkar went above and beyond for my daughter and me today. The shelf was empty but she went and found the product for my daughter. Very polite and professional. Wish they were all like that

Charged me and withdrew funds out of my account. Then proceeded to tell me that the computer had malfunctioned and refused to let me leave with my groceries because they couldn’t print a receipt.
Forced me to pay TWICE. I did not have enough to pay a second time, had to stand there (embarrassingly) and wait for a family member to E-transfer me more money so that I could pay a SECOND time.
Begged them to let me leave, showed them my banking app and proof the funds were withdrawn. Offered to give my drivers license; they didn’t care. Cops would have been called if I chose to leave with the groceries that I had paid for.
Paid $122.28 for my single $61.14 grocery order.
I am a single female that does not have a husband or credit card to rescue me out of this situation.
Unfortunately this franchise is too big and this will mean nothing to them.

I find they don’t have enough open cashier stations , push for everybody to work with their own takeout stations. often there are people that work there that just stand around laughing and joking with each other!

I hate the fact that there are sooo many lanes for check out but only 1 or 2 are open and we're waiting in line for 15-20 before you get to the cashier. Frick, you have that many lanes at least have more then 2 lanes open no matter how slow it is

Came in on Friday June 21st around 5pm. I've shopped here dozens of times before but this past time I had the worst customer service from whoever was working at the fitting rooms. I had a few items to try on and asked the person at the fitting rooms if i can try them on. In a snarky tone they said "just go in". I had to move a cart out of the way to make any of the rooms accessible and all were loaded with clothes. Nothing was clean and I couldn't even make a spot available to hang the clothes that I had. After leaving I mentioned that the rooms were full of clothes to which the associate just scoffed at me, rolled there eyes and said nothing. If your going to let people use the change rooms, at least keep them clean enough that people can use them.

Don't usely leave reviews..but there's one worker that has terrible body odor , can smell them from the opposite end of the aisle ! Please shower more or use deodorant more often !! Have noticed it many times while shopping

I love Shopping there for Movies and sometimes Tv shows, there Transformers Toy section seems like they have more newer stuff then the other Toys there besides Lego. But when I shop for Transformers Hasbro Toys I go to Walmart more cheaper than Winnipeg, also DC McFarlane figures love to buy those also at Walmart. But with that they too also take too long for new Restock Just like Star Wars the Black Series. But over all I love shopping there ALot, love the Staff Friendly and Kind, if you start collecting Hasbro Transformers Toys go to Walmart.
