I've gone in a couple times and the prices are outrageous, but set by corporate so I understand it's not a location thing. What is a location thing is the printers are down, there are no redundancies, a usb cable is a thing.
Why are you open if you can't operate? It's not a normal thing to tell your customer to drive 20 mins back home to print and come back.
I'll accept that I printed the wrong label and that was my fault, but stuff happens and when you can't ship a package at a shipping business, it's just a little baffling.
What truely bring the score down to a one is; I got a package shipped to me, it missed me. Somehow ended up in Winnipeg an hour away, I asked them if they could bring it to Steinbach, they said nope, asked them if I can pick it up in Winnipeg if I must and it was still a no... It's my name on the package, it's my name on my I.D. why can't I pick up my package.
So the package had to be shipped back to the states and to avoid the hassle of dealing with more UPS employees than necessary, shipped to my parents where I had to drive an hour to pick it up.
Beyond unimpressed that I cannot ship a package with UPS without a nightmare of a time. The extra issues with this location are just a juicy bonus

I’ve been dealing with UPS Steinbach for almost 10 years including a mailbox rental. The owner and staff always give you a very personalized experience: always friendly, always helpful. And the bonus of having a UPS mailbox, you never have to worry about Amazon porch pirates! My parcels are always safe in the UPS store until I get them. 10 great years of service!

Excellent, professional and friendly customer service by staff at the UPS Steinbach location!! Doug and Lexi, you make this place so unique and to me you are cream of the crop above all UPS locations that i have used in Winnipeg and Steinbach.i have used UPS for many years for small jobs and big jobs. The staff are ALWAYS VERY dependable, trustworthy and do exceptional work!!i have even waited for days when i had a big job, due to the new machines breaking down, far too often in my opinion. i would rather have UPS staff do the jobs instead of me bringing it to staples.A very big THANK YOU for the work of excellence!! i hope to have the pleasure and continued work relation with the staff at UPS Steinbach for many years to come. THANK YOU SO MUCH to the staff at this Ups Store for stopping me from making a big mistake! I was scammed into purchasing a cell phone from what I thought was my cell phone provider when in fact it was a scam. They told me to take this phone to Rogers instead of sending it and lucky for me they saved me from losing 1500! Thank you for being so attentive!
