I have purchased my last two phones at the mobile store in Steinbach. The service and knowledge of packages and options has been instrumental in my continued support of this location. Greeted with a smile and a how can we help you today always makes for a repeat customer from me. The knowledge and the willingness to help out this technologically illiterate old fella always is welcome.

Honestly hands down the best store to get your mobile device from not only do you get a great deal most times you get pc optimum point but that doesn't compare to the after service they provide to all customers new or old.

process of getting a phone and plan took 3 days and 4 trips to this store thanks to your staff having 0 knowledge of your policies and conditions. the store is tiny and not very customer friendly as staff workspace is mixed in with displays, there is no seating and space is cramped. employee once left the store unattended for 15 minutes.

The mobile shop has always impressed me. The staff there have always been so friendly and happy to help! Being able to join a virtual queue and not have to wait in store is a game changer! I was able to get shopping done or go for coffee while waiting for my turn. Thank you!

I will never go back to this shop ever again! The lady that works there with piercings was extremely rude and insensitive. Asking us repeatedly why we wanted to go with a certain plan asking us rude and inappropriate questions such us why we would like to go with the plan? Are we poor? And making rude remarks such as us being stupid for the plan we were planning on going with. Overall, I don’t recommend this place to anybody and the guy with the beard might be the only reason why you should consider going however, if you see her working at the store, I can guarantee you that she will not provide the service she is supposed to!!

Jonathan at the Steinbach mobile shop goes above and beyond. After the recent passing of my sister, trying to reach all the needed locations regarding her estate, he took the time, which was supposed to be his lunch break, and helped me through the entire process. True customer service! Thank you!
