Worst experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and will never be back. Just went and looked at a truck and the salesman was very new so all dealings had to go through the sales manager which is fine. I found a couple things I didn’t really like about the truck so offered a lower amount than what they were asking so I could do some repairs. The sales manager approved my offer and signed the offer. When it came down to making the payment for the unit the sales manager would not honour the offer that he had signed and I ended up having to pay more then what we agreed on and was very rude the rest of the time. Apparently a signature agreeing to a deal doesn’t mean anything at Steinbach dodge.

I used to sell cars. These guys sell great vehicles. Always impressed with there inventory. We found a 2016 gmc terrain. Our sales associates Brad and Brendon were fantastic. To the point, all numbers shown to you. Great finance experience with Melanie, really good experience all round. End of the day, they sell well kept and maintained vehicles.

Steinbach Dodge is a wonderful dealership. Super friendly and good old honest sales representatives. There was absolutely no pressure in purchasing and the sales rep that helped me had a plethora of knowledge being able to find the right vehicle for my needs and wants. My sales rep Brad went above and beyond to accommodate me. Also when it came to signing on the dotted line, Brendon from the finance department explained everything perfectly and made the whole experience fun and easy. This dealership gets a 10/10 from this new truck owner.

The service we received at Steinbach Dodge was not thing short of exceptional from beginning to end. The wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a new truck for our 20th anniversary. We were able to do everything online and just had to go pick up. The salesman Brad McCann was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well as Brendan from the financial department. This has been the best experience buying a new vehicle that I have ever had. Would highly recommend and as the sign says, it's worth the drive.
