We bought the most beautiful Hybrid Rav4 from Ray but it was missing the special cord for the block heater & Ray drove all the way into the city near Polo Park to drop one off for us! His customer service is above & beyond! Thank you again Ray :)

Firstly, Toytas quality has gone downhill in recent years, each time I have been here for service there are a ton of people waiting for their cars to be serviced, multiple people complaining about VVT engine problems as well as other issues that shouldn't be happening plus cars sitting with notes on them 'waiting for parts' Our car is just out of warranty and has needed far too many repairs for supposed Toyota quality, after owning multiple brands this one has been the most unreliable yet. We came to this dealership because of the positive reviews and have been let down multiple times from a chaotic service department to a service manager that doesn't seem to be interested. Overall a poor experience again from a dealership that we wouldn't return to. Seriously look at other brands, the quality just isn't here anymore.

Not helpful at all. Looking to buy new vehicle,nothing in stock,could not be bothered to open up a vehicle whose door was locked in the showroom.Will buy elsewhere.

We had to bring our 2019 Taco that we barely purchased a year ago from another dealer for an engine replacement. It was financially stressful but Funk’s was helpful the whole way and worked with us on paying the amount off in a timely manner.
The employees are very empathetic and understand dropping $13,000 on a vehicle you JUST purchased is insanity. That being said, I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on. They are trustworthy.

Bought 2024 4Runner and Peter gave us amazing service. He guided me throughout the whole process and made everything way easier for me. Financing team was very supportive as well. I loved their service and would highly recommend to other people as well.
