They go above and beyond in customer service - I cannot praise them enough for all the work and effort they’ve put into helping me with my vehicle and for the top notch customer service they consistently provide from the front desk to behind the scenes. Myles and Elvis were always available to answer questions and communicate every step of the way what was happening with my vehicle.
If I could double this to 10 stars I would!

Made a claim and took our Mazda CX5 to Funks, were told they were booked up till late september but shortly after scheduling, I received a text they had all the parts and could take it in right aways! One week later we have our mazda back good as new! Very quick service, give you updates throughout the process, great quality work and very friendly and kind, they even polished up one of the ugly yellow clouded up headlights for us and detailed the outside of our vehicle completely free of charge! Definitely recommend Funks for any autobody repairs!

Funks went over and above. The car looks amazing! Finished the repairs to my car 2 weeks sooner than expected. Very friendly staff. Loved that they texted me updates as the vehicle progressed through the repairs. I also was able to text back and ask questions. Very easy to get a hold of someone to ask questions. I live in Winnipeg and it was about 30 mins but well worth the drive. Myles and Elvis were great! The front desk person (sorry I don’t recall her name) was also very friendly and courteous. All around an awesome experience dealing with everyone there.

Very smooth experience start to finish. The staff took a stressful experience (car accident/repair), and communicated very well through the process and completed the work on time, as expected. The completed repair looks fantastic! We are very impressed and would highly recommend Funk's Autobody!

We highly recommend Funk's Autobody for autobody repairs. We had great service from the start. It had taken some time to get the parts in for our vintage car, but they managed to locate the parts we needed and always kept in contact.When the parts did arrive, they got our vehicle fixed up quickly and efficiently.
