I drove to Steinbach Fairway Ford to observe a Ford Maverick Hybrid that apparently was the last in the Province for 2024. I met with Marc Fontaine who had the vehicle ready for our test drive which we did. l was impressed with Mark as he was straightforward with any questions I had. I was trading in a used SUV and received a reasonable amount. The following day I returned and the vehicle was ready to go after all the paperwork which was quickly completed. Marc sat with me and explained all the nuances and how to accomplish just about everything. A easy and satisfactory purchase. If I could rate higher I would especially for Marc. Thank you so much...

After deciding it was time for a new lease, a few phone calls between myself John and Marc and they had me sitting in EXACTLY what I was after! The process was smoother than butter, thanks to Marc and his crew what an absolute wicked dealership to deal with! Thanks to everyone at Fairway for the exceptional service!!

What a difference a drive to Steinbach makes! I cannot get over how much better the service experience was at the Fairway Ford In Steinbach. The staff were incredibly friendly, My servicing got done quickly And the whole experience left me feeling a lot better about driving a Ford. ?

I had bought a truck from fairway for in Steinbach and the next day after I picked it up I was bringing it back for work to get done it was in and outta the shop every week or so.
they had told me it needs a motor..there is no way a $40,000 truck should have problems the day after purchase.
I will never buy another truck from Steinbach fairway ford again; especially if they continue to refuse to fix or take back my truck.
When your add says where we treat you like family, is this how you really would treat your family?

I was hesitant do drive 90 mins to Steinbach to buy a vehicle, especially a GM truck from a Ford dealer. But the staff there are very accommodating and allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic. I don't like to haggle so I told them just to give me the best price they could. The price they gave me was hard to say no to so I bought the truck. It's worth the trip to Fairway Ford...if not for the deals I would come back for the free cookies.

I’ve been taking my 2018 F150 here for service for the last 5 years and have always had amazing service. Jobs are done quick, and the service department never tries to upsell me. Had some work done after the warranty was up and Fairway Ford was still able to fix the issue free of charge. Out of all of the Ford dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past, Fairway is number one!

Don’t explain things in detail. Don’t tell prices of add ons. When you say what you can afford and they come back with the price they don’t tell you that it’s biweekly until you have signed everything and than gone over it at home for months trying to figure what went wrong. This is bad customer service

We had purchased a vehicle from Fairway Ford in November 2023 and recently had some work done on a vehicle and the service department and the whole team at Fairway Ford was nothing but accommodating, helpful, honest and just good people to deal with. They even had homemade cookies at the front desk, how awesome thank you very much to the wonderful staff at Fairway Ford. You have customers for life in my wife and myself. Thank you very much. !!!
