Cibc in general is good. The Steinbach branch is useless. They rarely answer any phone calls and managers/loans people/anyone who should be able to help are never in. To book anything is a month or more wait time. Terribly mismanaged local company. Why even have a physical location if you can't keep up with demand?

Booked an appointment two weeks ago got cancelled just an hour before arrival. Worked my ass off all morning to make this appointment got cancelled last minute. Please respect peoples time.

This bank has the worst management I've ever seen. Terrible customer service. Will definitely be changing banks.

CIBC Branches will be closed Wednesday, January 1 for New Year's Day and Thursday, January 2 for Traditional Day (Quebec only). Bank machines will be available during the holiday.
