Staff at this location are not friendly, they always seem pissed off, judgmental, and low on patience. Would be so nice to be able to go to the post office and have a positive interaction. Why are all the staff so grumpy here?? ????

Worst service in Canada, I ever had!
First, the delivery guy dropped information in my mailbox, that is, "We can't deliver your parcel because you are not home", but I was home! Then I went to the post office and got my parcel. After a couple of days, I had information in my app that my parcel is on the way to my address. And after 2-3 hours I have confirmation of delivery! I went to the main Steinbach office of Canada Post, and I had to tried to complain about weak services. But there are nobody cares about customers! Shame!

female worker with short grey hair extremely unkind and rude. other postal workers were just standing around talking and giggling. next thing they say is that they can’t tape the parcel for us and we can’t do it at the counter either meaning we would have to leave the post office, tape the parcel and take it back. after a little confrontation they ended up taping it for us. also, what the hell kind of post office reminds people to “do it all online”?!

Had a parcel delivered here and the post office employees rejected it because I am not an employee at this location... Prior to that, I had a nother package, clearly labeled fragile that the older woman carelessly dragged and threw around. Nothing but bad things to say about the staff here.Use ANY other post office in Steinbach.

I sent a package from the post office. When I handed in the package, the postal employee said that I do not need a receipt, because the label on the package is proof of shipment. Now the recipient asked me for a receipt, and on 9 June 2023 I asked for a receipt from the post office. The employee told me that we always issue receipts and refused to issue a receipt. I wait here all customers of Canada Post, do NOT trust the employee in this place! Fully unqualified staff. A written complaint and legal consequences will follow.

Whoever the lady is that answers the phone here needs to be replaced ASAP. I've never had someone working in customer service act like such a prude for no reason. This isn't a one time thing either, every time I call I am met with the same cranky woman and honestly I hate having to go through this post office solely because of her

Waiting in line, I watched the employee treat the 2 customers before me so rudely they actually apologized to the employee, and then I received the same snarky attitude from her when it was my turn to be served. Can't be pleasant to customers anymore, perhaps it's time to retire or go on leave?

i have been here multiple times to mail parcels to my family and friends back in another part of the country, not once have i even been treated HUMAN. if you don’t want to work around people, don’t get a customer service job. it is not hard to be kind.
