Had some body work done to my vehicle, John was very good at keeping me up to date on the process of everything, the work could not be told apart from the factory finish. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Very good service, found me a windshield for my 91 T-Bird when other body shops in town couldn't find one. And they fit it perfectly on the car!

Mixed feelings about my experience with Boyd. The work I asked them to do, they did well. However, there was other blatently obvious work that needed to be done. I didn't specifically request this additional work, but didn't decline it either. Highly disappointed that my vehicle sat in thier shop for three weeks, with experienced technicians walking by it several times a day, and it never occured to anyone to think, maybe we should call the owner about this because its going to look like crap.
When I asked them about it, they double-downed on the "you didn't ask for it and it wasn't part of the quote" defence. The quote was undecypherable to a non tradesman. End result was I went Gmiterek in Beausejour to finish the job, and they were excellent. And much cheaper.
One year follow up. I had them repair some rust spots. 1 year later the paint work was bubbling thru. Sorry, no warrantee on rust repair they say. So they let me spend $10K to perform work they knew wouldnt last, nice.
I dont understand the high reviews as my experience was completly the opposite. I have to wonder if they're fake. My advice, do NOT use Boyd in Steinbach.

Really great experience! They also cleaned the inside of my car and went way above and beyond my expectations. They where very fast and efficient. Great with communication and the work was solid! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Great service at Boyd, with friendly staff. My car was completed within days. Staff arranged for my courtesy vehicle through Enterprise. They did a great job replacing my driver-side door. Highly recommend this location.

Everyone goes through the unfortunate experience of having a cracked windshield in their life.Boyd Autobody and Glass made the process easy and hassle free. I appreciated their attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency of the whole process. For my windshield replacement they even went to the effort of reinstalling my dash camera which I thought was very kind.
