After the first owner/manager Steven moved away everything has gone significantly downhill. The new manager only cares about money and not the quality of life for the animals.They have had a gecko with a severe overbite that has had shed stuck in his nose for weeks, ive watched his health decline and point it out everytime I'm in there but nobody does anything! Before they had this gecko in care they had one of their lizards get eaten by crickets due to putting too many in the tank at once.. Admittedly by an employee. The new owner is insensitive and terrible! Breaks my heart for the pets there

Had our dog groomed today Saturday 16th,2023 @ 9:30 am appointment. When I went to pick up our dog at 11:00 am this is how I received him. All the groomer at the Steinbach location said is he wiggled and caused a little boo-boo. I'm not exactly impressed with being charged $67 dollars for this. The least they could have done was offer a discount or something like it.Overall the haircut is great except for the minor boo-boo.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bought a bunch of fish here and always buy our dog food here and will continue to. Plus they always give our dog treats when we bring him with!
