Went to convince store earlier this morning, brought salted minnows, but staff asked me to pay cash, cause no barcode on the container. He suggested me to purchase scratch lotto instead minnows. So what’s the problem with that? Anyone can explain to me

Manager at the Selkirk Self Serve was terribly rude to me. She accused of trying to steal gas and when I corrected her she was still awful. When she realized that she was incorrect at accusing me and looking at the wrong pump number she did not apologize for her behaviour towards me one bit. I have also been to this Shell not to long ago and she was very unprofessional toward her own employees with her tone of voice and no respect. I love this gas station and the other employees have been super respectful and polite besides this woman. So unfortunate that this is the boss that they answer to. I hope someone in this company is on their employees side and can help their employees out.

I walked there on the 19th of February 2022 and me and a friend went to get smoke we go in the store and there’s a girl bleeding from her hand also hit her on the neck and the guy working is freaking out trying to get the water turned off he asked us if we knew we both said no and he went at me for helping the girl who cut her hand and wasn’t even helping her me and another lady were that was there along with my friend and he refused to help her she had to walk her self to the hospital like that’s messed up he yelled at me for helping her and told people I can’t help you like we understood that but to yell at us for helping someone who’s bleeding and there’s a blizzard and she’s socked he didn’t offer to call medical for her at all it was the worst thing I have seen from a company period I suggest that they fire that guy and put new policy’s in place I will not be returning to that store again

Not impressed by the upkeep of this station. The fuel pump I was using was falling apart and being held together by only a piece of tape which makes it vulnerable for someone to tamper with it. Also every single time I come here the fuel pumps are not able to print a receipt for pay at the pump so I had to stand in line to get my receipt from the cashier. When I get inside the hand sanitizer was empty and the cashier was wearing no mask which is a public health violation.Update:The station itself was in better condition however receipts are not available for any kind of gas purchase even going inside. I guess the owner is too cheap to buy receipt paper or the employees are too lazy to press a single button on the cash register to give receipts to gas customers. So how are people supposed to track their fuel expenses without a receipt? Don't even bother going to this location. For reference there is a shell station right across the street in the Safeway lot where they provide full service, equipment is always working, and they actually give receipts for gas purchases.

Gas, diesel and premium!! Staff always extremely friendly and the place is always clean. Only Downside is having to pay for air. Absolutely uncalled for this day and age. $2 for air. Unbelievable. 5 out of 5 for staff and clean facility.

They should change the air pumps back to how it was for cyclists free now we have to pay $2 to use there pumps the world is getting insane
