I really could have used some help, you are expected to do everything yourself. However after an hour of failing miserably trying to apply for ei benefits staff did offer assistance.

I understand that the staff travel to work 2 different sites in the Interlake on Wednesdays and Thursdays which is why they are closed those days. Otherwise, its fairly well organized and the staff are competent and polite.
