Needed a part for my truck really bad and I’m about 30 mins away from Selkirk.I was asked how long I’ll be because he will “give me 10-15 mins and that’s it. 30 mins is too long.”It’s a Thursday at 2pm and he’s already there.I used to go to Napa for lots of parts but I’ll be going to Piston Ring from now on. Always bad customer service with Napa.

After running around to speciality shops for a couple motorcycle parts everyone seemed to look at there computer and say " sorry we don't have that" without looking. Last resort was napa , and am I glad I went , gentleman at napa took the time after 0 results on computer , and went through 2 dozen boxes and found the part I needed. Even let me try it on before purchasing. 10/10 service!

Gave me the wrong part #. I called and did not even receive an apology, was just told "buyer beware" in a rude tone. Pretty lousy customer service. I will be taking my business to the other parts stores in town.Edited - Changed from 1 star to 2 because when I returned the part the person who initially had accidentally picked the wrong part apologized a few times and seemed to be genuine. Too bad the guy who answered the phone wasn't more like him.

They've got some good staff and some really, really bad ones. Prices are less competitive than a few years back. Still happy to have 3 parts stores in Selkirk though.
