Awful service, company runs like it's lead by children....oh wait the kids at the comp can do a better job. Ordered 2 rear tires, had someone bring my vehicle in for me so I didn't have to miss work. When I picked up my suv, they ordered and installed the wrong tires, and they weren't properly inflated. In 15 years of driving I have never had to go reinflate a tire after getting them worked on. They admitted to wrong doing, said they would rectify the situation. Had the new correct tires which ended up being more expensive, ordered and reinstalled, they then said that they were rectifying the situation by not charging me labor.....
Not charging me to fix there mistake, even though I had to miss out on work to make sure it was done right this time. Awful crooks that don't know how to run a company. Save yourself the hassle and make the trip into Winnipeg for some real professional help.

Had them rotate and balance my tires today, also check for any rear wheel bearing issues. Quick getting me in and short wait time. I really appreciate the smaller local owned shops where you can actually talk to the tech about any issues, impressed he noticed that 2 of my directional tires were on backwards.(just bought the car) so drives great now.

Dropped my vehicle off to be looked at because of brakes pulling to the left. Was given a list that every brake part needed to be replaced along with a total front end job. I had just replaced front rotors and pads. Rear brakes and rotors replaced a year ago. Realizing the truck is old and needs works there was a list of things that they indicated needed to be done immediately. Called a week later to find out the status of repairs and nothing had been done and no explanation of why. I find it hard to believe that every brake part needed to be replaced and complete front end to be replaced. Roger has been great to our family for three generations not sure what has happened with the new ownership. Be Careful ...........

Today, I had my summer tires put on and an oil change, plus my winter tires are being stored there. The staff is fantastic. They are very thorough, efficient , and easygoing.
It is now called Fountain Tire as the business has changed hands. It is very noticeable that the place has been cleaned up and is being renovated. The service techs are top notch.
