Friendly service with basic needs but not the place to go for anything remotely complex. Numerous times I've left being told what I'm requesting can't be done, only to get exactly what I need without issue at another broker. Today for example, we left in an uninsured vehicle because we were told that to cancel the plates/coverage would have to be effective immediately and there was no way to make the cancelation come into effect at a later date specified. On the way home, I made a point of phoning 2 other MPI brokers that assured me such a request was easy to do and they would be happy to help. Frustrating to not be able to get things done closer to home.

I like dealing with BSI in St Malo because the representatives are always working hard and will always go the extra mile to find out information that I need. They have always treated me with respect and professional attitudes.
