Guy was being rude to me, slow service and tried overcharging me, when I caught him he was very defensive and told me it wasn't his fault. He told me he was the bosses son and the boss wouldn't care that he did that. Very rude. Happened about 2 weeks ago

Terrible service. Teller was on their phone while at the counter, I sat outside and waited. Eventually he came out when he looked up from his phone. He had headphones on too. I asked for his name, he said his name was Victor? Maybe a fake name.

Service with a capital "S". And that Anna Middleton is such a ray of sunshine, she makes you forget that you're having a bad day.
