I rely on the staff in this store to help me with whatever I need to maintain and repair my home and cottage. Roger, Kristen, Grace, Justin..I know their names now because they go the extra mile for this customer. Thank you and keep up the great work. We are lucky to have this store in Pine Falls.

These guys and Gals are all about customer service and satisfaction. Went Thursday to pick up a few items from the flyer. Not realizing the sale had ended the night before. With only some minor prodding, lol, they honoured the sale price. This is just a great store !!!!
